Vanity
Club |
The
Vanity Club is for
"GIRLS WHO WANT TO HAVE FUN!"
This is a very special sorority - we don't
carry on with political T discussions, or
try to force our T views on anyone. Each
Vanity Girl has her personal view of the
T-Community, and if she desires, use other
forums to discuss it. The members believe
in The Vanity Club Ideal.

Gender Center |
Ingersoll Center is able
to offer a full range of services to gender
dysphoric clients such as referrals to therapists,
support and peer counseling pertaining to
issues of daily living, changes in lifestyle,
preparation for surgery, and post-operative
care. We offer support groups in a friendly,
low-stress setting where cross dressing
is encouraged, but never required.
Ingersoll Center is a non-profit
service agency, founded in 1977 and incorporated
in the State of Washington in 1984. We have
therapists working under contract, each
of whom has extensive experience in the
field of gender identity counseling and
related fields.

Crossdressers
Heterosexual Intersocial Club (CHIC) |
 The
CHIC membership consists of about 30 male
heterosexual crossdressers and their wives
or significant others. We are a social club
for those who have accepted and are comfortable
with their crossdressing.
We
meet on the second Saturday of each month
at mainstream public restaurants and occasionally
at private homes of members. Security is a
very important concern for our membership
and the screening process is extensive. We
are very particular whom we select for membership
and those who succeed find it is worth their
trouble. Contrary to popular belief you do
not have to pass or be wealthy to become a
member. There is no age range that you must
be in although you must be at least 21.

CT
Outreach Society |
The
Connecticut Outreach Society is dedicated
to a dual program of Outreach. We seek to
reach out to all Transgendered (TG), Crossdressers
(CD), transsexual (TS both MtF and FtM )
and gender variant individuals in order
to break down barriers of isolation and
division within the community. Our goal
is to provide a safe and nurturing environment
for personal exploration and growth.
We reach out to the community at large,
providing education and a healthy view of
the Transgendered community. Membership
in COS is open to all transgendered individuals,
spouses, and significant other of legal
age, as well as to interested medical and
mental health professionals, regardless
of gender, race, creed, or sexual orientation.
COS
is a non-sexual group. It is not a dating
service nor a therapy group. Each member
is responsible for his or her conduct, and
is expected to behave in an appropriate
manner.

Panhandle
Transgendered Alliance - PANTRA |
Welcome
to the Florida Panhandle Transgendered Association's
corner of the world wide web! We hope you
enjoy your visit. If you think you may have
gender dysphoria, we may have items that
will interest you. We have information about
our support group and how you may become
a member. We have a list of helping professionals
in this region including psychiatrist, medical
doctors, electrologists, and others. We
have links to some of the more important
reference documents related to transgendered
people's needs. We have links to regional
and national organizations offering support
to the transgendered community. We also
have links to some of our member's home
pages. We have a listing of books and publications
in our library. And we have pages with current
and old newsletters. But most important
we offer you the means to contact members
that have been there before and who are
willing to offer help to those who are just
starting out in their quest for their true
identity.
Who
would be interested in our organization?
Pantra offers support and resources to people
on all parts of the transgendered continuum.
This includes people that are interested
in having a safe place to dress in the gender
of their choice and it includes post op
transsexuals who may be trying to resolve
issues related to their current experience.
It includes males that believe they want
to become females and females who wish to
become males. It includes people who may
be heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, or
asexual. The group is also for spouses,
partners, and other relatives who are interested
in understanding the gender dysphoric condition.
However, the group is not for those who
are interested in looking for partners for
sexual activities.

Transgender
In Thailand |
The
goal of this site is to provide information
about male transgenderism in Thailand. Presently,
what has been written in English about this
subject is both hard to find and/or lacking
in depth. I have been shocked at the amount
of mis-information which exists concerning
transgenderism in this country. Writers
- whether in newspapers, magazines, or journals
- tend to paint the same, simplified picture:
Thailand is an open, tolerant society, in
which gay men, drag queens and transsexuals
have it easy and live in harmony with their
fellow citizens.

Australian
Good Tranny Guide |
The
Good Tranny guide started out life as
a contact list, dropped into peoples Internet
email mailboxes, providing details on
support groups, doctors, and friendly
businesses in Australia. Revision 2 saw
the guide move onto the world wide web,
where it was more easily accessed by the
‘newcomers’ to the tranny
scene, who are the people who need it
most.
